Add MQTT session diagnostics
Merge metadata-only MQTT control-flow records and native TLS provider diagnostics into the unified protocol log, F1 details, configured log files, and Conn.protocolLog.
Share the xptls logging adapter with TelnetS while omitting MQTT credentials, topic contents, BBSID text, and payload bytes.
