  Did you ever want to know what Files are used or Created by
a Program (Application)?  WHA_USED is a TSR (Terminate and Stay
Resident) Program.  When Activated, it will Log all the
Files an Application Uses or Creates.  Actually, it Logs all
the Files that an Application "Opens" (normally for use).
Note: A Device can also be "Opened"
  WHA_USED also Displays Path and the File Access Modes
(Read, Read/Write the same File, Write to a New File or
an Existing File).
