IBM reply to mis-leading comparisons of OS/2 
v3 "WARP" and WINDOWS95.  (Microsoft has since 
withdrawn some of the assertions, especially 
regarding percentages of speed increases, which 
were inflated by Microsoft.)  For Microsoft's
